I am a highly trained and experienced Operations and Project Manager who worked my way up from a Telesales Agent, to Team Lead, to Department Manager up to Chief Operating Officer. With more than 16 years of leadership and management experience in a Call Center Industry, Retail Sales / Marketing and IT Solutions, I have dealt with simple problem-solving tasks to complex project management. I have a wide range of experience in Telesales, Quality and Assurance, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Product and Skills Training, HR Management, IT-related Project Development and overall Operations Management. Oversee the business' day-to-day operations for both TKP's subsidiaries - KMP Consultants and Excelation (now Virtual Central). Handling contractors of Developers, Designers, Marketers, and Virtual Assistants and managing the projects and tasks assigned to the Support Team in PH. Able to build processes, systems, standard work, and most importantly - able to build a culture of highly effective and productive contractors. To this day, the company has expanded its service offering due to the talent built within the support team.

As this company is working in the Fashion Manufacturing business, also in charge of coordinating with the Manufacturing team and ensure that operations run smooth from sales to production to shipment.

Managed projects for our Australian clients by coordinating requirements from our Head Architects in Australia and handover to Draftsman in Philippines.
